As a veteran owner of a carpet and upholstery cleaning business, many people tell my that they are trying to save money on their carpet cleaning. They need their carpet cleaned and want to pay a fair price. They will use phrases like “that’s large chuck of money” or “exorbitant.” More bonuses?
I tell them all carpet cleaners don’t work the same. There are good and terrible ones and “you get for what you pay.” I attempt to offer them information that will help them to reevaluate their conclusions.
It’s crucial to first understand carpet.
Wall-to–wall carpet is often made from nylon, polypropylene, or wool. The backing shouldn’t be cleaned and should not get wet during carpet cleaning.
